1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, we must be notified within 14 calendar days of delivery of your intent to return the goods.

You will then have an additional 14 calendar days to return your order from the day you notified us.

This offer applies to stock items only; specially ordered items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
2. Return Process

To request a return, please use the return form available on our website.

All goods must be returned to our main distribution warehouse and NOT to our head office.

Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to arrange return/collection. Any costs incurred will be paid by the customer.

You may be asked to use your own delivery service if deemed the most cost-effective option.
3. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be in their original, saleable condition, including all original packaging.

The Buyer may return complete boxes of items provided they are in an acceptable, resalable condition.

Any original delivery charge will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund Processing

After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet return eligibility.

Refunds will be processed as a priority, but administration may take up to 14 days to complete.

Any monies refunded to Credit/Debit cards may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on customer statements.
