Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a refund, we must be notified within 14 calendar days of delivery of your intent to return the goods.

  • You will then have an additional 14 calendar days to return your order from the day you notified us.

  • This offer applies to stock items only; specially ordered items are non-returnable under any circumstances.

2. Return Process

  • To request a return, please use the return form available on our website.

  • All goods must be returned to our main distribution warehouse and NOT to our head office.

  • Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to arrange return/collection. Any costs incurred will be paid by the customer.

  • You may be asked to use your own delivery service if deemed the most cost-effective option.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

  • Returned goods must be in their original, saleable condition, including all original packaging.

  • The Buyer may return complete boxes of items provided they are in an acceptable, resalable condition.

  • Any original delivery charge will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refund Processing

  • After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet return eligibility.

  • Refunds will be processed as a priority, but administration may take up to 14 days to complete.

  • Any monies refunded to Credit/Debit cards may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on customer statements.
